The My Citi app gives customers a place to view, redeem, and learn about all their rewards under one roof. When creating the app we strove to push the boundaries aesthetically while still maintaining the usability and familiarity of the Citi brand. With My Citi we not only balanced customer needs but also focussed on business opportunities highlighting customer offers and cross promotions within one glance. The My Citi App was released on both the iOS and Android platforms.
