Citi Custom Cash Card
The Citibank Custom Cash Card is a new product for Citi that was offered in June of 2021. Unlike previous Citi cash cards, this card earns ThankYou points. Customers can redeem their rewards by either using their cash back options, or their ThankYou points.
I was tasked with building out the browser version of the rewards page, which included multiple redemption flows. I also built entry points to the page from the customers credit card dashboard and ledger. In order to stay in alignment with the overall Citi ecosystem and business goals, I made sure to stay in communication with all involved teams throughout the design process.
